Casa Terrades, also known as "Casa de les Punxes", is one of the most important buildings of Catalan Modernism, situated at Diagonal Avenue 416 - 420, between Rosselló, Roger de Llúria and Bruc Streets in Barcelona.

Its architect, Josep Puig i Cadafalch gave it a grandiloquent air, a medieval, northern-European look, constructing a free-standing building with a single façade.

Abantia has restored the building, making it suitable for office and residential use.
