Construction of the second slurry treatment plant in Juneda implementing the Valpuren® process patented by Abantia.

Abantia has carried out the urbanization, underground installations, engine building and assembly thereof, metalic structures and assembly of processing equipment, as well as natural gas supply installations and electricity line.

The technical data for the work are as follows:

• Surface area: 1.5 Ha
• Treatment capacity: 110,000 tn/year
• End product: fertilizer in pellet form, 6,000 tn/year (NPK 8-5-10)
• Electrical power: 16.4 MW
• Electrical exportation: 125 Gwh/year
• Biogas production: 1,500,000 Nm3/year (70%CH4) (850 TEP)
