Abantia Instalaciones has completed the second phase of the construction project for Sant Gervasi Funeral Home.

The HVAC system requires special mention, as it is a set of compartments with completely different uses. The chapel, which has a capacity for 300 people, the 10 funeral parlours and other communal zones, including the vestry, the florist’s and the cafeteria, all require heating and cooling systems.

Installation of 550 kW of refrigerating power and heating power of 355 kW. The electrical installations have a transformer substation with 800 kVA of power, a 170 kVA power unit is also to be installed to guarantee the electrical supply for critical services.

Also included in this section are the lighting and mains power installations. Special installations include the PA system, the communications network and the safety and fire protection installations.
