Abantia has carried out the design and construction of a physical and chemical slurry treatment plant with power cogeneration in the municipality of Juneda (Lerida).
Technical characteristics of the plant:
 

• Surface area: 1.35 Ha
• Treatment capacity: 100,000 Tn/year
• End product: 5,500 Tn/year (NPK 8-5-10)
• Electrical power: 16.3 MW
• Electricity exported: 124 GW/year
• Biogas production: 1,300,000 Nm3/year (70% CH4)
• Process units: receipt and treatment of slurry, biodigestion with biogas production, mechanical separation, acidification, concentration, drying, condensation, preparation of the product, drying, cogeneration, liquified natural gas (LNG) regasification, services.
• Additional units: 25 KW lines transporting produced electricity, 220KW reception station with capacity for 100 Mva.
•   Land occupied: 6.4 Ha.
