The Valpuren system®

We find and apply new technical solutions which provide a response to today's problems.

The patented Valpuren® system is a technology developed and patented by Abantia for the treatment and reduction of liquid manure.

Anaerobic digestion, exclusive to the Valpuren® technique, means that from a product as difficult to manage and highly polluting as liquid manure, two marketable products are obtained: Stabilised fertiliser and biogas.

The Valpuren® process provides a solution to a major environmental problem at a low financial cost with an optimum energy cost.

Valpuren® technology also prevents the formation or dispersion of smells throughout the process.

The Valpuren® system is used in the affiliated companies TRACJUSA, VAG and SAVA.

Skydair, an innovative system for free-fall simulation.

Abantia is involved in the design of the biggest vertical wind tunnel in the world, with the aim of simulating free fall prior to the parachute being opened.

The tunnel is more than five metres in diameter and eight metres high, and contains six turbines which produce an ascending air flow of between 180 and 250 kilometres an hour. This power offsets the weight of the parachutist, who is kept in the air, thereby simulating a free fall at a speed of over 195 kilometres an hour.
