Our past has made us great

AGE (Aplicaciones Generales Eléctricas) was formed in 1944 as a company specialising in electrical and refrigeration installations.

As AGE expanded and developed, various subsidiary companies were created, the company acquired more experience and extended its activity within the installations sector. It stands out as an integrated company: specialising in the engineering, planning, development and the execution of complex systems.

From 2006, AGE, with all its subsidiaries, became known as Abantia, a brand under which our firm currently carries out its activities.

We live for the present

We are a well-established firm. This is our motivation for continuing to grow and optimise our work, and at Abantia we therefore invest effort in:

• Internationalisation, looking for new emerging markets and opening new offices in other countries.
• Research and innovation, investing effort in finding new and better technological solutions.
• Continuous training of our team of professionals, because knowledge helps us to grow.
• Improvement in internal management and the flow of information between different areas, departments and local offices.
• Optimisation and efficiency of administrative functions.

We are excited about the future

Those of us who form part of Abantia see the future as a challenge; a new experience for which we prepare ourselves every day.
Abantia is a large firm which is still looking for and finding new fields for growth. We await the future ready for:

• The international expansion of Abantia, opening new local offices and participating in projects in different countries.
• The diversification of our activities, creating sections specialising in new technological fields.
